We at Scarlett Endeavors LLC want to ensure our customers are satisfied and enjoy their purchases. Please read through our refund and replacement policy below for clarification on policy questions and for more detailed information.
Refund and Replacement Policy
All sales are considered final unless a customer is eligible for a replacement.
If eligibility applies, we offer a 30-day replacement policy for peace of mind, if items are damaged or defective upon arrival. A request may be submitted within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed before a request was made, we unfortunately cannot offer a replacement.
Damaged caused by a customer is not eligible for a replacement.
Make sure to contact and check with the shipping carrier on packages that have not been delivered as designated tracking is on every order and will be verifiable.
To submit a request, first, send an email to support@scarlettendeavors.com with detailed information on the reason for the replacement request. All requests must include clear photos with detailed descriptions. Please be as descriptive as possible in the email, (items arrived damaged, specific items missing, items damaged due to shipping, etc.).
If a replacement item is requested, please note that we only provide replacement products if they are defective, damaged due to a manufacturing defect, or damaged due to shipping and handling. If approved, the replacement item(s) will be shipped and a new tracking number will be sent via email to the customer after shipping.
Rejection may occur if there are indications of possible fraud, scam, or other illegal or illicit activities.
